Carol Barrrra was great and was so professional and detailed she always made sure i was happy with our daily conversation she always returned my calls and when i wasn't sure of something she made sure i talked to someone that could help me, i also felt very comfortable talking to Garrett who answered the difficult questions that Carol couldn't answer but I had a great experience going through Jim Adler and their wonderful staff.

I was hit by an 18 wheeler. I was hurt and my car was damaged. I got a call from the other driver's insurance company, and they wanted to ask me all kinds of questions, and said they were going to record all of my answers. They tried to tell me the accident could have been my fault. My fault?!? Their driver ran a stop sign and broadsided my car. I could not believe this was happening. Then I remembered my son was recently hit while riding his motorcycle, and obtained the services of Jim Adler. I decided to give them a call, I was finished talking to the other guy's insurance company. I was contacted by Veronica Flores in the Dallas office. From the onset, she was most concerned about my injuries, and that I needed to get better. She put me in touch with a well qualified Dr. that was near my house. I could not believe the one to one guidance and instruction I was given by their team. I was then referred to a specialist, where I was in the care of an Orthopedic Surgeon. I am very pleased with the care and treatment I was given by the medical providers Veronica recommended. To be sure, I was worried about my health, my car, my job, and my ability to pay for repairs and treatment, from a wreck that was not my fault. Veronica assured me she would get things in motion to calm my concerns. She has done just that. As I had never been in an accident with an 18 wheeler, I did not know what to expect. I had many questions, she answered all of them. Then, she went on to explain the process, and set the proper expectations for my treatment, and how the case would move forward. She has always answered, or promptly returned my calls or emails. I had a few questions in the beginning, but after talking with her, she cleared them up. Finally, she remained in contact throughout my treatment, asking about progress and how I was doing. I really appreciate that. She even surprised me one Saturday afternoon with a follow up call regarding the Dr. appointment I had the day prior.
