Edit: I have updated from 1 star to 4 stars because I am very happy with my new case manager, Dina. I was hit by a truck July 31 and went to Jim Adler. Everyone was so quick to speak with me and sign me up. Abigail Lopez was my case manager. Very unprofessional and lazy with her work. She did not contact the truck driver's insurance adjuster until September 9 when I came to meet her in the office in person to ask what's going on. I had to come in person because my calls and emails were NEVER responded to. She immediately sends them an email. The adjuster asked for the quote on the repair which she said she sent to them September 9. I come back to the office and I was told i have a new case manager Dina, who i am very happy with. She explains everything thoroughly and answers my calls. It's been 1 month since Abigail told me she sent the adjuster my quote and medical status. She no longer is with Jim Adler, but I was informed that the adjuster NEVER received my information! How can you just lie to me and tell me things are processing, but you never even attempted to help me? I had to come in person just to talk and have her finally do something. And she STILL ends up screwing me over and not sending the requested information.
