DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM IT IS A SCAM IT IS A SCAM IT IS A SCAM !!! You will never get an attorney you will remain with a case manager your entire time and they will not fight for you. I called once a week to get updates and never can get a hold of anyone on a consistent bases. They would transfer me to all the managers there were and not one time did they call back after i left messages about the lack of communication because they were never in there office. The case manager (not an attorney) tried to get me to settle with an offer that she even knew was wrongful, and if i would have not said anything they would of still tried to get 33/3 for just picking up the phone and making me sign a contract. I suggest going through your own insurance unless you cant afford it but it would be best because if they dont collect enough money back from your case you will be left with the bill no if ands or buts. They tell you you have a good case so that you can go to there providers and rack up bills that at the end of the day remain in your name. When seeing that things where going left and this law firm was not doing anything for me i demanded my attorney which you have the RIGHT to speak to at all times and told them i am wanting my case dropped. It was at that moment he called back and started trying to act like he was doing his job but was never even working on my case. It is a shame my car was destroyed and there where police reports to prove , I was not at fault with video evidence and they still dragged there feet and did nothing. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED!!!

SHE LITERALLY STOOD OVER ME AND MADE ME WRITE A REVIEW AND "CHECKED IT" LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO WRITE A REVIEW?? IM A WHITE FEMALE LEAVING REVIEWS IS IN MY BLOOD (LOL) anyway not the worst experience but definitely not the best. Feel like I could have just gone through my insurance and it would have gone a lot faster. The case went on for over a year. They took a big chunk and weren't the best with customer service (like I mentioned above. She literally hovered over me and wanted to "check" my review BEFORE I posted it. That was sketchy. also my case worker was impossible to get a hold of she literally never answered the phone. What I DID appreciate though was they almost immediately set me up with PT after my accident which I did appreciate but it took A LOT out of my settlement. But I needed it and didnt have health insurance so I wouldn't have been able to afford it on my own. Other than that... I would say 5/10. If I get in another horrible accident I will consider... but will probably pass.

Jim Adler and Associates really care about their clients. My CM Veronica Lopez has been very helpful and respectful in explaining the process and guiding me through it.

My only complaint with my case is that my own insurance didnt cover what they shluld have but i know that the Dallas team did all they could to help me get the most money possible. I have received good service from all of the employees throughout my case. everyone has been very friendly and curtious and I never felt pressured by anyone. Thanks to Carol my closer for the BIG hospital reduction!

Just want to thank Jim Adler and Associate for the concern shown towards me. Mr client and ms kathleen and the staff at Buckner chiropractic services are above normal protocol. I felt out of place but they worked together to put me back on the right track

Took a little time dealing with insurance company but Jim Adlers office was great. Got treated right away for injuries and Esmeralda Gavilanes closed quickly with frequent updates. Thanks a bunch team Adler!
