My wife was in a accident we’ve waited for her settlement after they told us to call them directly to see if her check was ready after telling us it would be. We called as the attorney instructed us to call him directly and he never answered also his office is horrible about communicating with their clients. I would steer anyone away from using this firm ever unless you want to get the run around. Will never use this firm ever again. You could probably get everything done faster by yourself.

I was involved in a car accident in 2018, they came to see me the same day I contacted them. They are very knowledgeable and professional, providing guidance along the whole process. The Case Manager for the first stage of my case was Mrs. Veronica Flores, she is very responsive and diligent, a pleasure to deal with. She is fully Bilingual, which is a great benefit. I strongly recommend this firm to handle accident related cases.

Still in the process of everything, so I will update it to higher once it’s properly compete. Kathleen Hernandez has been very nice, explanatory and detailed. So far have had a great experience and she has been a very kind lady!
UPDATE: It’s been about 7 months since this all started. I still haven’t completed anything, I don’t hear back from Stephanie Mendoza often even after leaving a lot of calls and they’re apparently just waiting on one record from one singular place. Very frustrated and upset.
