Really want to take the time to thank Jim Adler and his team for such a swift process in my car wreck. They handled the case with such professionalism and always maintained to keep me in the loop as new developments came about. Robert Fitzpatrick, thank you again for your help in regarding my case and ensuring that everything was covered and taken care of. Thanks again to Dora Rodriguez for giving me the necessary updates as the case continued to unfold. I’m ecstatic about the service and I would recommend Jim Adler and associates to anyone who has experienced car wreck issues. He truly does fight for every dollar you deserve.

June, 2018, I got hit by an 18-Wheeler! That is scary in itself but I was driving a Mini Cooper at the time and saw the truck entering through the passenger side of my car. That was a nightmare! Thankfully, the damage was all in the vehicle and I had no visual injuries. I called Jim Adler's office the 2nd day. From the first call to the last update, I have been very pleased with their work. Yes, there may had been an occasion when I thought they took too long to update me or when I felt like I was being either ignored or pushed off to someone else. I decided to allow them to do their job, their the professionals in this industry, and trusted they had my best interest at heart. Esmeralda Gavilanes was the individual that wrapped up my case and she advocated for me with the different vendors involved in my case. Her tenacity is one to be placed under the spotlight. She worked diligently to get some of the doctor fees reduced, imagining center fees reduced drastically and she got me an increase of $14,000 in my pocket from what I was originally guaranteed! Can you help me say, PRAISE GOD and THANK YOU ESMERALDA! I mean...seriously! That is what you call going above and beyond exceptional customer service! I will recommend Jim Adler, Dallas, to anyone in need of a great attorney firm that employs people that truly fight for the customer. Garrett Mize was the attorney that handled my case and I tip my hat off to him and his team, including but not limited to Nettie, Taylor, Esmie and everyone that assisted in any way. Thank you ALL!

Since dealing with Jim Adler and associates beginning in September of 2018 Carol has honestly been the most dedicated about communicating and speaking with my husband and I. we have been connected through several ladies with our case who were very poor about responding and replying to our messages and concerns to a point that I felt like I was being a headache. I really appreciate that Carol offered an alternative way of communicating through text message that works well for her with her having a heavy case load and it allows for my husband and I to still be a priority. She never rushed conversations and has been very thorough with explaining the process from this point going foward.

One word- terrible!! Got in s car wreck with 2 other people and the cases were supposed to be separate and not discussed with the other people but they told everybody’s business to everybody. They also told us that all 3 of us have to split the settlement 3 ways even though they were supposed to be separate cases. We was also supposed to get copies of our contracts in the mail that they never mailed to us. They also sent my aunt (who was in the wreck as well) to a therapist who did nothing and worked on her shoulders but it was her knee that was broken and she tried to switch therapists they told her it would basically take the remainder of her portion of the settlement so she had to pay the therapist out of pocket. Every time we ask them any questions they never have an answer and unfortunately they still haven’t finished with the case. Wouldn’t recommend to no one!!!

I am NOT happy with my experience here. I was involved in a wreck when I was 8 months pregnant in November 2017. I was T-Boned. My initial thought was to call the "Texas Hammer". Biggest mistake of my life. Here I am 5 months away from the statue of limitations, and still NOTHING... This is the most long drawn out experience ever. They transferred my case to R.E. Lopez & Associates, who informed me It could take up to a year to close my case. This place is a bunch of bologna. I should've went to Eberstein and Witherite, 1-800-IJustGotHit.com or something because for 19 months the "Texas Hammer" has not taken affirmative action on my case. This has been a horrible experience... I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. I am so over it.

All I can say is RUDE from RECEPTION. No wonder people are turned away from this place. Mr. Adler gets on the TV promising blah blah blah but then you call Adler's front line aka reception/front desk and the RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE. Customer service is the golden ticket to all business - if you master great quality customer service, you can win over even the ugliest of people but if your front line aka receptionist/front desk person is rude from the get go - you can turn away the best of people. People are moving away from this firm in flocks and running to other firms. Sadly, JSA will retain and interest and screw these people over. With all that money JSA & Assoc. makes, he could at least send his frontline aka receptionist/front desk to basic customer service classes. The customer is ALWAY right. Getting 1 star because I must but they dont even deserve that.
