Wendy Juarez is the best! She explained everything that was going on in my case to me perfectly clear and also answered any other questions I had regarding my accident. This is my 1st time working with Jim Adler & Associates or any injury law firm and I am so pleased with their work so far! Cannot wait for my case to be finally settled! Update: My case closed a couple days ago and am so happy with Jim Adler & Associates professionalism. Ms. Aily Guiteres was the one to close everything off with me and explain to me how everything was split (again). She is very kind and sincere and took the time to understand my case and a little about me. If anything were to ever happen to me I would definitely love for them to represent me again!

Overall it was a great experience. Was able to receive the treatment I needed and still came out with money leftover for myself. Esmeralda Gavilanes was the best representative out of the whole process. I got a call as soon as she was assigned my case and she kept me up to date throughout the process.

Took 2 years to settle...not worth the wait told me one amount then another slow as Christmas..and you have to do they job..

I’m really starting to regret this decision. My case manager is Jessica Lara and she LACKS communication!!!! I’ve only spoken with her once and I had to call the front office to do so. She said she would call me back later that day and that’s been over 2 WEEKS ago!!!! This is definitely a lesson learned and a mistake I plan to never repeat again.

Absolutely amazing!! I have had a great experience with Jim Adler & Associates. Carol Barrera has been such an amazing help throughout the process and never has us feel like another case on her desk. Definitely will recommend Jim Adler & Associates and Carol to anyone in the future.

UPDATE: My case recently closed and was handled by Carol Barrera the closing coordinator towards the end. another great employee of the firm so sweet and nice. her service and experience was excellent. I would refer this firm to anyone. she took her time to listen and had great answers Everytime I asked her any questions she never hesitated to assist me. _________ My parents and I are very thankful for all the hard work and dedication of our case manager Veronica Flores. She is very attentive in regards towards our case. I would highly recommend Jim Adler and Associates.

My wife and I were in really bad accident in May since the minute we call Mr. Adler office all his staff was very nice and helpful Especially Veronica Floras which has been the one making sure we understand everything any questions concerns we have she been very helpful and makes sure their all answered would definitely recommend this Law Firm
