I was rearended by an 18 wheeler last year and when I contacted Jim Adler, Veronica went right to work on my case getting me set up with treatment for my lower back pain. We have had excellent service with Jim Adler & Associates. Our case manager, Veronica Vasquez, in the Dallas, TX office is WONDERFUL! She is extremely quick at responding to any of our questions and has been a great help thru the entire process. Veronica has been kind, patient, efficient and prompt in helping us walk thru this difficult time. The Dallas,TX office has a GREAT team!!!

Going into this whole process I was scared do to the fact that i didnt know how things where going to turn out.However , I can truly say that Carol from Jim Adler really made tho ya worth our while and worked so hard to see to it that we were taken care of to the fullest. Jim Adler and Associates really helped me out a lot when I was hit by a drunk driver, and now I don't have any bills to pay, and I got some money in my pocket. I didn't get any liens and the staff was really amazing! little tip for people dealing with Tricare, the lawyers are trying their best to reach them, it's like impossible.... so please be patient 🙏 special thank you to my lawyer, Daniel Warren, to my case manager Ramona Flores and to my closing coordinator Carol Barrera!
