Crystal Sanchez and Michelle Hernandez were the two power players on my team. Crystal was there to answer any questions/ concerns that I had over the eight months that my case were in their hands; even when the case wasn’t in her department, she is also extremely knowledgeable too. She was very willing to help and to clarify any issues. Thankfully, Michelle expedited the last phase. During my case, I felt somethings took a little longer than they should have, but Michelle managed to wrap the last phase faster than I could’ve expected. However, I did have issues with Jessica Lara to the point I wanted her off of my case, and later reported her. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with when utilizing any service from a place of business. Our phone calls consisted of screaming matches, giving me severe attitude, and over-talking each other. Avoid her like the plague. If it wasn’t for Crystal Sanchez’s knowledge, and readiness to assist or Michelle Hernandez expediting the last portion of my case, Jim Adler would’ve received a one star review from me, especially after having to deal with Jessica Lara’s poor attitude, lack of respect, and insensitivity. Thank you Crystal and Michelle!
