Well Jim Adler he is as good as his commercials say he is. I was in a truck accident in April 23rd and it's really hard . The person thats been there from the start is Veronica florez .She is a sweet lady. She's very professional. Jim Adler's office has been good to me. I know im in the hands of a group of people that wants to help me pick up the peices of a broken life and body. Jim Adler, drew, & Veronica florez thank you for everything. DELBERT LANE

He didn't take my case because he wanted Big Dollar$$. He thought it wasn't worth his time and that is his decision but I did not even get treated nicely. He can easily brag about his succe$$ when he ONLY takes BIG cases. Good Luck!

Clayton Perry, Romona, and Armando did an amazing job at getting my case closed. Everytime I had any questions they had knowledge answers to help out. I would recommend this law office in the future.

I had a 18 wheeler accident in may. Within 24 hours of calling for help, I had paperwork to get my case moving foward. I was assigned Veronica Flores who has worked constantly on my case! I get email, and phone calls from Mrs.Flores on the progress she has made and to see how my family and I are recovering! It's reassuring for me to know that someone is helping me and putting in such effort! My accident occurred near end of business day on a Friday. I contacted Jim Adlaer’s office. I was immediately assigned someone to come out to my home on Monday morning. They also advised me of everything I needed to do prior to Monday. Such as contacting the persons insurance company that hit me, recording events, and taking pictures. On Monday, the investigator, Alex Sagarnaga, called first thing in the morning to confirm his appointment with me. He showed up on time took my information while being very understanding and sympathetic. He made my husband and I comfortable and secure that we went with the right firm. Adriana Rines, my case worker, was then assigned my case. She contacted me immediately and again was very sweet, sympathetic and understanding. They immediately got me into PT, the next day. Also, I appreciate the staff at Accident Center of Texas - Frisco. They were wonderful! I’m grateful that is where I was sent. Everyone secured my exams and xrays - continued to show support and have been so incredibly caring. Anytime I’ve had questions - which was very few since all was explained to me already - I could call anyone at Jim Adlaer. I would like to thank Jim Adlaer for employing people like Adriana Rines and Alex Sagarnaga. It is because of their swiftness and complete kindness that has made an already stressful situation more manageable. I had no issues or concerns knowing that these two people had my back.
