I want to start off by saying I'm very grateful for Jim Adler, I've never been in an accident before and I had no idea what to do when I was hit by a semi. I didn't have much contact with my initial Case Manager during the year or so she was my contact but I can't say enough good things about Netty who is the legal assistant of the attorney assigned to my case currently negotiating on my behalf. Netty has been wonderful to work with, she's very understanding and empathetic, she has been very kind and has answered all questions I've asked her. She has also been VERY quick to respond when I have asked anything of her and FANTASTIC about touching base and letting me know when she has received something I've sent in. Her attention to detail and genuine concern has really helped turn around my initial neutral opinion and made this a very positive experience. I want to be clear that if I had to rate based on my previous contacts I would not have rated it as this rating but Netty is spectacular and has turned it around for me!

Esmeralda Gavilanes was professional, sweet-natured and incredibly helpful. Her communication skills are amazing, and she a pure joy to work with.
