Again i am so lucky to have someone so special to be working with me and on my case. She is simply Awesome, she responds to all my calls and was able to answer all my questions. I was involved in an accident on 635 I work as a contractor for tech companys. I was worried about Medical bills as I did not have health insurance at the time being in between jobs. The firm was absolutely amazing all the employees assured me I would be taken care of. Michelle Hernandez was my closing coordinator she was absolutely amazing and I was very satisfied with my overall experience I am defiantly Calling JIM Adler office if I ever get into a car accident again.

Id like to convey that my experience with the associates at jim adler was one of the smoothest transaction in spite of all of the other problems i had. They always did a great job explaining the proccess and never promised anything they could not keep. A special thanks to carol and robert for their undiring devption and kindness.

After waiting for over 2 years and not settling in court with the insurance they took over $1400 out of my kids accident and injury settlements and even took me and the mother off the case. The paper work says they only charge 33% of what we get but they took way over that. Out of a $2000 check for our 10yr old they took over $700+ and we got $246 we got the same for our 7yr old and they did the same and we got $900. We didn’t get a check at all for our 3yr old like they promised we would. They’re a total rip off Nd we are in the process of moving towards taking them to small claims court.
