So far it looks like a good place. Update - I was impressed with carol the closing coordinator. She received great reductions on all the bills and was able to get more than I expected! Definitely happy with the company and the work ethic of the closing department

Just wrapped up my case with attorney Jim Adler & Associates. I have to say this experience starting from the car crash and the doctors visit was very intimidating in the beginning but when Esmeralda Gavilanes took over my case everything became much simpler and I got a sense of confidence and peace that everything was going to be ok and it was!! Esmeralda took care of everything, she answered all of my questions, she worked with all of the providers to reduce the payments and I ended up with quite a bit more in the settlement than what I thought I was going to get. I was so happy! All of the folks at Jim Adler are awesome! I hope Im never in another car wreck needing to use an attorney but if I am, I will not hesitate to call Jim Adler and when I do call I hope Esmeralda answers the phone! PLEASE DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT, they won’t answer the phone, they won’t attend you in person, they have the worst customer service, you won’t even hear from. The lawyer you were assigned, always the paralegal people will stick to your case; so much attitude and rudeness. After 10 months they ended up settling my accident for $700.00 bucks. My overall experience with Jim Adlers office was just okay. I didn’t have much involvement from the lawyer but just assistants. Hardly anyone I dealt with was very nice. But Esmeralda Gavilanes made me not regret choosing this law firm. She was the last person I dealt with and she made the closing process very easy and she seemed like she truly cared. This was the hardest year of my life and her kindness made me have a little more faith in people.
