My experience with Jim Adler and Associates was everything I wanted and more! December 2017 my vehicle was struck by a semi truck, while I was driving on a DFW area highway. My life flashed before my eyes. I was dizzy, scared and confused about what happened. A Texas State Trooper came on the scene and realized that my vehicle was smashed up and my door wouldn't open. The officer calmed me down and made sure I got to the hospital asap. While in the process, I called Jim Adler and Associates! They helped me tremendously every step of the way. Armando (hope I spelled his name right lol) came and took pictures of my car and reassured me that everything would be ok. Then came almost a year of physical therapy and rehab. It was a frustrating experience because I never limited with my physical abilities before but the physical therapist and staff were great! I never missed an appointment because I was on a mission to get better asap and the rental car they put me in free of charge helped as well. Unfortunately, I needed a medical procedure performed on my lower back. I was nervous because of the possible risks but I decided to have faith and go through with it. I'm glad I did because it made me feel like a man again! I was so relieved because nobody wants to feel like their a crutch or a liability to someone else's life. After all the medical care was complete, it was now a waiting period. Jim Adler's staff were so professional and let me know what was happening every month. They made sure that they could get every single penny they could from that insurance company and provided me an offer. Honestly, I laughed at it because it wasn't what I was expecting at all. Jim Adler's staff were adamant that they would find more money for me and they did, alot more IN MY POCKET! (I love Mr. Adler's commercials lol) I'm just glad I stuck in there and was patient the whole way through. It is now, May 2019 and case is closed! I would've went through this alone if it wasn't for Jim Adler's wonderful staff. My vehicle was fully repaired, I owe no medical bills at all and now I have a peace of mind. I want to thank the whole entire Jim Adler Staff but specifically: Armando, Lisa, Nettie and most importantly Dora Rodriguez! Dora is the best! She made the last part of the transition the best part. She was very thorough, informative, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend that you choose Jim Adler and Associates as your injury attorney. Just be patient, stay strong and trust the process!

Everyone that I interacted with were very friendly and understanding. They were able to help me out to the fullest! Months after the case was closed I realized that there was one hospital bill being reported on my credit report. I called Michelle Hernandez (Closing Coordinator) about it. I really wasn't expecting much because I had already signed some paper works stating that the case was closed. Even so, Michelle was still able to help me clear the negative report from my credit history and she was very sincere about it. She called me to verify that my credit was in the clear and if it wasn't it would take a couple of days to show. She was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. Michelle Hernandez, Jim Adler & Associates are my Super Heroes!

Angie Tejeda was very helpful and answered all my questions. I enjoyed working with her.
