Texas hammer !! What a joke ! My Daughter and I were involved in a car accident last year The guy that hit us had no insurance so they dropped us like a hot potato said they didn't go after the individual only the insurance companies tell that to my daughter who needs reconstructive knee surgery and we can't afford it because they chose not to help because they don't go after the individual only insurance companies

I had a really bad experience just now. I had contacted them about my case about 3 or so weeks ago because the other individual’s insurance who I was involved in an accident with denied my claim but my own insurance company denied their claim so I didn’t know where to go. I’ve had several calls and called Francisca from the office and told them my story several times. So I’m told that it’s something their attorney would be interested in. I have to reschedule because I’m given a time but not a location to where to go to as these people are terrible with their email correspondence. Finally show up to the office and I’m late by about 10 minutes because of the confusing parking and building only to be told that it’s not something they can help me with. Why wasn’t I told this over the phone? I didn’t tell them anything different than what I already had when I showed up. Such a waste of time. I would rate 0 stars but 1 is the lowest possible. Don’t waste people’s time. I have a schedule to keep just like y’all do.

I DO NOT recommend Jim Adler’s Law firm because poor service and non aggressive... “They get HAMMERED” and me too in the process!

So I am a client of mr. Adlers lawfirm. I have explained my situation time after time after letting the doctor release me with continus pain and all the suffering I still can't get someone to call me back after calling day after day. Now that I am without heat or water they still show no care. What happened to being my voice in a car wreck situition that is what a lawyer is for correct? I have not been happy with the association of this law firm for a while.
