Excellent experience working with Attorney Jim Alder, Michelle Pozo and staff working and doing a great job for me.

Did not have a good experience, they were not able to help with this case. They dismissed us.

This is an update this is what is going on now I talked to Emily Torrez she told me that they released my case she said that she would send me out my release papers guess what I still haven’t got my release papers and it’s going on a whole month no papers makes me feel like they are helping the 18 wheeler company out I trying to get my case handled but I refuse to hire another lawyer and jim Adler still has me with there company I’m not paying two attorneys especially when jim Adler and his workers do not want to do any foot work they like easy cases not hard cases there lazy they don’t return any calls are emails at all to jim Adler your just another number so Emily Torrez if your reading this I need my release papers so I can find me a real attorney that can work my case and not lazy you guys are just looking for the easy money to make off of people because you guys don’t want to work every review I see on here where you have helped people they where all are most of them Hispanics and you worked and won there case but the black people who came to you guys for help you turn them a way and can’t give a reasonable reason on way you release people you guys do not conduct business well at all the investigator that works with them his name is Lopez he has his own lawyer company and I have heard thru other people that if jim Adler does not want to do your case he will slide it to Lopez I also have people tell me that jim Adler has won there case but never gave them any money and if he did give them money that they won from there case it would be what he wanted to give you not what you won from the case all of jim Adler and assisocates are crooks everybody is just a number and they don’t care about you are what you have going on not even pertaining to your case that’s why it takes a long time for them to even let you know what’s goin on with your case I’ll be back with another review and let you guys know what happened.

I contacted Jim Adler after my car accident and from hearing good things about them from friends. I am really glad I did because they made a difficult situation much easier. Both Margarita and Esmeralda were very professional, courteous and had great follow up and communication. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that might need assistance.

I'm 18 and also a mother .....in April 2017 me and my 7 month old daughter at the time Were in A Very bad Wreck praise God that I was the only one injured but my car was a total loss and my whole side was smushed in . i didn't Have insurance but after 2 months of still in so much pain from the wreck and losing everything I decided to call Jim Adler my case has barely been open and they have already got me money to buy me a new car and even more for my pain & suffering . I highly recommend Jim Adler because they Have also Educated me through the process Big Shout out to Lisa Ruiz for teaching me the process and always calling and checking on me and my daughter.
