Experience was very great. From start to finish all the employees were very helpful and always attentive to my case. Ms. Mary Ortiz is a great person and very persistent to getting the information she need to close your file. I highly recommend this office.

Horrible experience. I feel for their advertisement . Jim Adler doesn't Hammer anyone . He just pulls you in just to waste your time . I was in an accident and gave them my case , three weeks later (wasted time) I called for an update and they had done nothing . They had not called the insurance co, the witnesses nor the other driver . They did absolutely nothing . False advertisement !
