Ramona, Cecelea, and Chelsea were so good and helpful, they made me feel very informed. Even time I talked to them I felt like they cared. I was a little disappointed with how long the whole process took and sometimes with how long it to to get replies. But overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and I appreciate everyone's hard work.

When I got hit by an 18 wheeler from behind I turned to Jim Adler and they didn't give me any options on how they could help me ... They simply told me they could not help me even though I have enough evidence to prove I was not at fault ... It was horrible cause I really needed help especially since I was a week away from having a hysterectomy and I was so stressed out !!! Don't waste your time going to them cause they really don't want to help anyone ...
