My experience with Jim Adler & Associates was great from the first conversation to the closing and settlement of the case..I have never been a victim in an accident and never needed representation before in my life and I didnt exactly know what to expect but fortunately I had a very thorough,patient, attentive, and dependable Case Worker named Emile Lopez, as well as an amazing Legal Assistant named Cecelia Hernandez who were both there for me through the whole process and I am very grateful to have had such a great team and firm in my corner..I would recommend Jim Adler & Associates to my friends and family or anyone in need of immediate representation..

DO NO USE THIS ATTORNEY. YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THE PEOPLE ASSIGNED TO THE CASE "PARA-LEGALS". I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY DECIDED TO DROP OUR CASE UNTIL I CALLED 5 TIMES. THEIR EXPLANATION IS THE OTHER INSURANCE CO. AND ATTORNEY WAS TOO AGGRESSIVE. THE MAN WHO HIT MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE AND RAN A RED LIGHT. BUT WITH NO CAMERA OR WITNESSES WE WERE SOL. AGAIN FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY OFFICE.

jim adler associates were great ,bill adler working with me ,him and iris sanchez were great,bill did what he said and worked it out for me.iris made sure all my paper work ,test results and paper were their for bill adler.all the way down to answering service were great they made sure my call got to bill and isis.thank you.GOD BLESS YOU ALL
