If I could put zero I would my friend was hit by a drunk driver going 95MPH causing her car to catch fire! She hired these people to be her attorney and has heard nothing the case has been open going on 2 years she calls and leaves messages no one talks to her about her case she is seeking a new attorney because these people literally will not help you! Not to mention her hip is causing her leg to go numb and she is needing physical therapy but can’t let the attorney know because NO ONE TALKS TO HER!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Honestly I would just like some type of communication. I've read some reviews talking about they wait until almost 2 years to tell you they can't handle your case and that's what I'm afraid of. I've called about 3 times in a 90 day span trying to know what's going on. But nothing yet.

Although this process was long, as it came to an end I had the chance to work with Gaby Alvarez. She was very nice and assurring. I’m just glad it’s over and I can put my accident behind me and move on.

The individual I talked with on a regular basis was Kathleen Holmes. I found her to be very helpful and reassuring that the Adler team would take care of me and I not need to worry. My pursuit to justice is still on going and now have been assigned new representation as I assume to prepare for litigation. I have not heard from the new team yet but wish it could have remained the same. As far as Kathleen is concerned not only was she prompt in getting back to me but she seemed to genuinely care about my situation as well. Being made to feel like the other side is just “starving you out all the time made me want to just give up as my life was being turned upside down. Kathleen would listen to my frustration and just reassure me I had chosen the right team and not give up. If not for her who knows what I would have done. I feel she is one of the best when it comes to the Adler team. If she gets the chance to read this I just wish all have a great Holiday season but especially Kathleen as I feel she might have just saved a life when it pertains to me. She let me know that I had the best team possible and just encouraged me to get better and to concentrate on that and let me know her and the Adler team would do their part and “hammer out” what was right and that I would not be taken advantage of. Alos representantes les dejo msj para k los den y me puedan llamar pero aún no tengo ninguna respuesta. Ya se cumplió el año de mi caso y nada. Solo koesiera saber algo al respecto. Yo solo los elegí por sus recomendaciones. Desde ese tiempo nadie me a llamado para decirme algo sobre el caso. Yo tengo que estar llamando porfavor kisera saber que pasa sobre mi caso estuve. Initially the timing felt slow, but they did tell us it would be roughly 18 months and in fairness it was. However, once it got to closing the response time and communication improved drastically. Paula Garcia helped us out and did a wonderful job! She was able to get us to the finish line on this and was very kind and responsive.

They settled my case in timely matter and they were just as good with making sure . I was okay from my wreck.
