Ramona was amazing and took great care of me and made the ending process so much easier

It's been a longer process then expected as it was my first time having to go through the settlement process, but Ramona (My Lawyers Assistant) and Natalie (My closing coordinator) made the process so much easier for me I know I was such a bug, but they were always so sincere and sweet about my concerns when I texted them about a update in my case! I was a little hesistant when my case worker was switched in the middle of the process, but once everything was wrapped up those two ladies definitely took care of me and my needs! Thank you Natalie and Ramona for being such helpful individuals even when you had many cases to handle outside of mine!

Amazing work. I didn't even have to think about my case. When you are dealing with the everyday stresses in life the last thing you want is your case hanging over you too.
