The firm at Jim Adlers was absolutely great. Warren Jackson was the attorney I worked with here. He worked very hard to get me the maximum amount I could possibly get. The legal assistant Dora Rodriguez was very professional and always kept me posted on what was going on. She was very kind and very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand it . I actually got double the amount I expected on my case .

If I could give ZERO stars I would. A couple of years ago I was in an accident and wasn’t at fault. After doing about 5 different intake interviews, my claim was accepted. I was called for a few days from a few different people asking about injuries and such. Then all of a sudden, NOTHING!!! I called, left messages, emailed and no response at all! I was so confused. I’d filled out every piece of paperwork I was sent, signed the contract and sent all necessary documentation. I literally emailed and called and called and called for a couple of months. Finally I got someone to look into my case and found out that they were waiting on documents from hospital, or at least that’s what I was told. A couple of months go by and nothing. Now I know this was not an overnight situation, I’m definitely not an idiot. However, communication is not that hard!! This went on for two years almost…TWO years! I was finally fed up and got to the bottom of who my case manager was…I had quite a few. I asked to please let me know what was going on and was told “we’re sorry, we aren’t going to be able to take your case after all, it wouldn’t be beneficial to you.” I was stunned. Like what the actual hell?! So basically they wait until 2-3 months shy of being able to do anything about the accident. You’re allowed 2 years to file against the other party. I’m still mad and it’s been months since all of this went down. I will NEVER recommend these so called attorneys to anyone!!
