ZERO communication for weeks at a time! Even when I call, text, email, or anything! I'm getting EXTREMELY OVERWHELMED with anxiety with this law firm and have started to consult with other offices.. ughhhh...

I hired this law firm back in January 2023 due to being in a auto accident they had me to go to therapy that was good but afterwards it’s like pulling teeth to get in contact with the the Lawyer (Warren Jackson) I never talked to him called 7 times no callbacks, than Closing coordinator (Lupa Herrera) talked once called 10 times no answer or callback. Antinio and Romana are the lawyer assists and they don’t call you back but when you go to the office they will give you some some information but tell you they will have somebody call but never a call back. When you call the office to check on your chase and the transfer the call it goes to voicemail and they will not call back. So if your looking for a lawyer****** Don’t waste your time****** They are not professionals

I wanted to take the time to do a review on this firm I wanted to start out by saying over all it will be a long process. Not many understand but my case was right before all the holidays 2022 so obviously not going to be something that was resolved immediately.I had Kathleen as my case manager and I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am she went above and beyond for me NEVER made me feel dumb for my questions and was always on top of any issues and updates even threw the holidays I was always notified of updates and if she would be gone . After her I was dealing with Vanessa Escamilla who also was so sweet and very helpful . The last person I have been talking to has been Ramona who is the one who is keeping me on track as far as updates go and same for her she’s very sweet and understanding of the situation and definitely does help me better understand my case . Over all my experience here has been great and I would highly recommend this firm and these these super sweet ladies .
