Two years and my bills still haven't been paid. He says one thing and doesn't follow through. When you ask his assistant all she says is "I don't know, I wasn't there". Run away as fast as you can

I violated my felony probation with a dwi..Mr. knight answered all my calls and got me reinstated asap! Seemed like he knew the DA and judge pretty well..definitely the type of guy you want on your side..not onky did i get me reinstated...i didnt even have to see the judge. If you want a lawyer who knows his way around a dallas courtroom i definitely recommend Mr. Knight. Ouf of the last 3 lawyers ive had to hire in reguards to this probation, i can say hands down this has been the smoothest experience thus far..everything i hoped for..thank you Mr. Knight!

I wish I knew what I was getting myself into before I hired this attorney Steven Shoultz. He did nothing for my case what so ever. I waited 3 yrs to only discover that the money that was would be granted to me, would all be going towards the hospital. Which this was never told to me in the beginning. The staff has the worst customer service and they are extremely rude. He didn’t communicate with me at all until mediation. When I started to ask questions he got very defensive with me as if I didn’t have a right to ask questions. I have no doubt in my mind that he got more money then I did under the table. These attorneys are corrupt and so is the system. They are designed to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Just another white person taking advantage of a black person. Had I been white with money it would’ve went a lot different. In OTHER WORDS DONT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!

Mr. Knight was very detailed on his approach with my case. Never did he offer false hopes or promises. He is a very knowledgeable attorney and has a great working relationship with both the D.A. and the courts. I had a case of probation violation that had gone into warrant status. This case was 12 YEARS old. I met him for the first time on a Monday and on Wednesday morning he had gotten my felony warrant dropped and the probation closed without me appearing before the courts. If you have any needs for an attorney that will fight for you and has the knowledge to do just that, then Nelson Knight is the call you NEED to make no matter how small or big your case may be. Nelson is awesome! My son went to jail on 1/12/18 probation violation on a prior theft of person charge, 2nd probation violation, this time he hadn’t reported since 2016. I contacted Nelson on 1/16 explained the case he appeared at court the next day 1/17 to represent my son. Nelson got with the DA and was able to work out a plea; as of today 1/24/18 my son is being released, Nelson was able to get back time credit and some county time and on top of that he will not be on probation. I highly recommend Nelson he was able to resolve this matter within a few days, please understand that before Nelson came on the scene my son was facing 2yrs state jail. I highly recommend Nelson I wish that I could give his service 10 stars. In addition to his great service Nelson’s fee to represent my son was affordable, he is professional, kind and was on point on providing updates. He listened to our request in what we were seeking and made it happen. We can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for us in such a short time. Unfortunately this place lacks of good old customer service. First time I talked to the assistant over the phone she was rude, decided to give them a chance anyways and when I made it to my appointment they didn’t make me feel welcome, more like I was taking up their time. I was just given a package of papers and demanded to fill up to be seen for appointment. Not even greeted with respect or offer water. It’s sad because I love writing five stars reviews but not today.

Nelson took my cases out of warrant status. Never promised what he couldn't deliver. His professional competence was complimented on by the DA and judge. I was granted deferred probation on a charge I had previously been sentenced to prison for. My other case was dismissed. Outstanding criminal attorney!
