I would like to thank all those at Jim Adler and Associates who took part in my case. I especially would like to thank the adjuster, Gabriel, who provided me with lots of help and much needed information from the very beginning. Overall, I really appreciated the many forms of and consistent communication throughout the process. Thanks again for great service.

From the initial phone call, to the investigator who came to my house, to my case manager; all my interactions with Jim Adler and Associates have been very helpful, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. After the scary, horrible experience of a head-on collision with a drunk driver who tried to flee the scene, I needed some one who was on my side and willing to walk me through the steps to get everything taken care of. I am very thankful for Jim Adler and Associates.

Robert is as professional and yet as personable as they come. He is knowledgeable, and also well prepared when we were in court together. He always returned phone calls or emails the same day regardless of the time of day I contacted him. I highly recommend Robert and I consider myself fortunate to have worked with him.

After my wife's auto accident we hired Jim Adler and they sent her to a "physical therapist" to treat my injuries. The "physical therapist" was a sleazy outfit that did not care about her injuries or health. They used everything in the book to "treat" her injury; massage, electric shocks, useless exercises, etc. She left them feeling worse than when she went in. We go the impression they were just padding the bill they would send to the insurance company. Anytime my wife called to talk to the case manager she got the run around and was always sent to someone's voice mail. Her phone calls were never returned, no matter how many voice mails were left or how many times she called. It is impossible to talk to a human at that place.
One day last month we got a call and was told the settlement was only $500.00. My wife asked if anything could be done to make it bigger. Today she got a phone call from a Ms Joanna Garza and the settlement was now $300.00. Ms Joanna Garza denied she ever offered us $500.00. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Jim Adler accentuates the negative stereotype given to these ambulance chasing law firms.

I cannot say at this point how well things have turned out settlement wise because I am still waiting (2 years later), but as far as service so far, I am unimpressed and irritated. No one ever calls with updates. I have to call them every so many weeks and then wait for ever to get a call back. Then when they do call all they can tell me is that 'we are all over it'. I do not care if they call me every 2 weeks just to let me know that they are still working on it and that they are there if I have any questions. This has been the most frustrating, stressful experience of my life.

People bad mouth personal injury lawyers but they aren't paid at all unless your case wins, and mine did. I got the money I needed and the law firm was paid from the settlement not by me. This process might not work for everyone but it worked for me.

When I had my car wreck on Stemmons near my home I had no idea what to do. Turns out Jim Adler's office was close by and they got me the money i needed when my insurance wouldnt pay. I'd never had a lawyer before but now I believe in Jim for personal injury.

I spent more time on the phone then I'd hoped but did get so much money that it was well worth it. my case manager stayed with it and kept me informed. I'd use Jim again if I had to -- though I hope I don't have to. No more car wrecks for me!
