These ppl do not help you they charged me $150.00 just to say they couldn’t help me get my unemployment. Then turn around and ask me for 5,000 to start a case.This a cold world some ppl is just in it for money

Rasha was the representing attorney on my case. From beginning to end she was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. She was always prompt for phone consultations and she explained everything well enough for me to fully comprehend. She layed out the plan and executed it exactly as we agreed. I would recommend that anyone seeking assistance with an employment case retain her.

About a decade ago, I called Rob Wiley over a paycheck stealing boss. He welcomed me with an open door and took my case. It turned into a class action suit and it was settled out of court quickly and exceeded our expectations. He did an amazing job and I also referred him to others in need at every opportunity. Recently, I had another possible slam dunk case. I called and got a woman who told me I couldn't even email him a message, let alone explain any of my case to him unless I paid $150.00 up front. People with employment issues usually are in financial troubles so this was a shocker. I am glad he has done so well for himself but very sorry his once open door policy has fallen to the waist side. My first review a decade ago is 5 stars hands down. This review is 1 star as I couldn't even get past the guard gate without purging what little funds I have remaining. I've had a rather complicated issue related to my former employment. The matter was complicated not only by itself but also by the time constraints due to my visa status. During the consultation, Mr. Wiley explained in depth all the possible ramifications of my issues and assured me they're available to represent me, unlike most of the attorneys I asked - and there were many of them. I was happy to start working with Rasha on the matter. Rasha demonstrated high professionalism and readiness to fight at every single step we moved through. Despite my former employer's best efforts to drag out the matter and all the hypocrisy we had to encounter, along with the most expensive attorneys on the other side, Rasha has managed to successfully negotiate. In addition, Rasha was able to provide detailed explanations in a friendly manner every single time I was not sure about the next steps. That was a remarkable experience and I highly recommend both Rasha personally and Mr. Wiley's firm to anyone having serious issues with his/her employer.

Consultation cost 150. I spent little time on the phone with the lawyer which just confirmed what I already did research on. i would recommend research and to shop around before confirming consultation.
