I called just to speak with someone to know if I have a case or not and was told that it is $150 for that! I don't know about anyone else but I don't want an attorney who don't care enough to even hear you out before charging you. If there was a negative star I would have put -5 stars!

Very rude staff. I called them 3 times in 2 weeks with no return call. The 3rd tome I called the receptionist 3rd me to come in and would charge a $75 consultation fee. I ecai ed to her that I thought someone would be calling me back and the multiple times of been promised a return call only to now be told to come in to speak to someone for $75. I explained that the other times I called no-one told me to pay $75 dollars for a consultation fee but that Is get a call back. ( I was under the impression that a phone screening would be done prior to an appointment). Her response was "well I'm telling you now " they won't get my business!!

Fairly unprofessional group. After showing up 20 minutes late for the consultation meeting, they told my mother that she did not have a case because they did not think she could afford their retainer fee of $3500. Supposedly this is their low retainer fee, even though other reviews stated it was $3000. After consulting with a different attorney, we filled for a right-to-sue with the EEOC and were granted, so apparently we do in fact have a case. We are in the process of negotiating a settlement, as the opposing party recognized that going to court would not be in their favor. I would definitely advise against Rob Wiley and his associates. Very unprofessional and they are only after cases that will benefit them, not their clients.

Rob Wiley and Eric Dama worked hard to represent me in the dispute with my former employer. They were effective in negotiating a fair settlement, and I recommend their services to anyone looking for a team of competent and caring labor attorneys. Thanks for your help, guys!

Guys I still can’t believe it, the Rob Wiley Law Firm saved my employment and retirement. Eric Dama is one of the most creative, tenacious, passionate and dedicated attorneys I have every worked with who fought for my re-employment and back pay. I worked for this organization for the last twenty years when employment issues caused the need for an MSPB appeal. Eric along with Rob Wiley developed a secure strategy to win my case. The fees were affordable compared to other law firms and the administrative staff was great. Eric walked me through the MSPB process and the court hearing along with streamlining witnesses with great skill. He listened to my questions and concerns but also provided excellent feedback . He gave me a great deal of self-determination and autonomy in my case which eased must of my anxiety.. As a person over 40, I was fearful of having to start over with new employment. Eric won my case resulting in a significant settlement and re-employment. I still can not contain my emotions.. I recommend the Rob Wiley Law Firm to my family and friends.

Speechless! Just wanted to take my $3000, and did nothing, even one phone call from them. I had to follow up several times to receive a call back. Please save the money your kids own, and don't give it to them. It belongs to you and your family and nobody else. There is no justice after all!!! It doesn't exist and nobody cares about you.

My experience with Rob Wiley P.C. was excellent. I found them to be patient and understanding with all of my concerns, direct and transparent regarding my situation and legal options, always responsive to my many questions, intelligent and informed about all matters labor law, and fair and reasonable with costs. After consulting with 3 labor attorneys I decided on the Rob Wiley Law Firm. I liked the approach they mapped out, the contract fee was reasonable, and the matter resolved within the retention period. I met with Rob Wiley and Allison Reppond on my initial meeting. Allison agreed to work my case and I found her to be knowledgeable, highly effective, communicating in terms I could understand, and a great job of managing my expectations. I was more impressed with her skills as the case moved forward. Even Jessica (the office everything) worked to schedule meetings & calls quickly and all my administrative needs. My case was resolved to my satisfaction and expectations. I read a couple of reviews regarding in person meetings with Mr. Wiley. I met both remotely & in person and found him to be very involved in making sure my case moved forward. On one occasion I reached out to him directly and he responded immediately to address my concerns and followed up with a meeting. For these reasons I recommend the firm to meet employee labor needs.
