I retained the Rob Wiley's firm last year to assist me with an employment case with a large company in the Dallas Area. Rob Wiley contacted me very quickly, consulted with me and understood the elements of the case. My case was assigned to Adam Greenfield, who was excellent. Initially, Adam described the available strategies, based on the facts of the case, and pursued the one we agreed on. Throughout the process, Adam did not over-promise and under-deliver, rather he was straight forward and realistic. In the end, he negotiated an outcome that I am pleased with. I recommend this firm and Adam, in particular, if you need sound legal assistance and expect a realistic resolution.

Don't use this law firm, it's a BIG RIP-OFF!! I went to Mr Wiley's law firm on two (2) different occasions in July 2016 and again on August 4th 2016. I came across his website while I was looking to find someone who could help represent me in my EEOC discrimination case against a Federal agency. According to his website profile he claims to help employees who have been treated unfairly by their employer. Well, I thought he was going to help me in my case but all he was concerned about was taking my MONEY!! He charged me $3,000 for a retainer fee and then he stated he was going to take 30% of any settlement I would receive in my case. Both times I went to his office I had to meet him via Skype instead of in person like most lawyers offices. His staff was completely unorganized and did not return phone calls in a timely manner. I am a disabled individual with 5 children and a Wife on a fixed budget and all he was concerned about was stealing my MONEY! shame on you Mr. Wiley your predictor praying on disadvantaged individuals!! STAY AWAY!!

Rob Wiley's office, Eric Dama helped me so much & saved my 30+ years of gov't service from being ruined. Mr. Dama was very professional, listed to my many gripes & complains that I had against my employer. He went thru hundreds of documentation I provided and he always had a smile and & wiliness to assist me. Mr. Dama was always available to communicate with, very professional, friendly & prompt.
