I recently contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding a complex case involving unauthorized product enrollments and banking malpractice. Unfortunately, my experience with their intake process was very frustrating. The representative I spoke with was following a rigid script and seemed untrained to understand the specifics of my case. She focused solely on whether the identity theft impacted my credit report, which wasn’t relevant to my situation. Despite my efforts to clarify that the case was much more complex, I was met with repetitive, scripted questions that didn’t apply. When I asked if my full inquiry, submitted online, would actually be reviewed by an attorney, I was told she couldn’t answer and was restricted to the script. This lack of flexibility and understanding led to a premature rejection of my case without any real review by a legal professional. While I understand that large firms like Morgan & Morgan may need to rely on intake personnel to filter cases, it’s concerning that someone without sufficient legal knowledge is making critical decisions about which cases are passed on. Complex cases, like mine, should be handled with more care, and this current process may result in important cases being overlooked. I would suggest that Morgan & Morgan improve their intake system by providing better training for their intake staff or allowing attorneys to review inquiries, especially in cases involving nuanced legal issues like consumer protection and banking malpractice.

Martin put in the effort to help me with my occupational license. Because of circumstances out of his control, he could not help me but gave me my money back and told me exactly how to go to the court i needed to. What lawyer does that? I ended up getting it without having to pay a lawyer at all so i have to give him a 5 star review!

Someone called me to gather the details pertaining to my matter, but noone called me back nor emailed me about whether they were able to assist.

Incompetent consultant returning my call for review of case, asked him not paralegal stated no, incompetent in my review very unprepared talking to me, sounded like a scam operation very unprofessional assessment and assistance. and denied my case review. I understand the law firm is a strong law firm but your consultant need’s education in evaluation of a case.

I am unsatisfied. A complete waste of my time chasing my tail. Passed around from person to person with no one understanding my case. Now I have to go in for another surgery and no lawyer. Nice guys. Thanks for all the help. ***update I have tried all the things you suggested. Calls over and over again. Different times of the day and throughout this experience. Professionalism and networking me to another attorney's office because you dropped me like a disabled hot potato. I am no longer interested in our services. Your companies' actions spoke louder than your words/commercials.
