I have worked with Geoff Dietrich to get my estate in order and buy a life insurance policy. From the very beginning, I have had a different experience with him and his firm than I have with the many other attorneys I have dealt with in the past. I couldn't believe that Geoff was willing to come to my home to make meeting easier on my young family. That was the first of many times he showed his skill for wrapping his mind around every one's individual situation. He has an amazing knack for listening and understanding individual circumstances and then proposing solutions that fit those unique needs. His patience is unmatched, his communication skill and style is professional and assertive without being aggressive or opinionated. He is gentle but very knowledgeable and will help find a solution for whatever estate planning or insurance needs you might have. Geoff worked with me to complete some estate planning. I had worked with his firm the previous two years and had a wonderful experience working with both him and his firm. He showed me ways of reducing both income taxes and capital gains that were significant and unique. Geoff has a wonderful way of expressing himself both verbally and in contractual documents.
