Im so unhappy with the Lady who answers the phones. I was refereed to this office for traffic tickets . When I called to see how much it would be to take care of my tickets. she sounded like she did not want to assist me. she didn't bother to get my name, citation number, drivers licence number , NOTHING .. she told me it would be 400 + some court fees+ other fees . $ 400 and she didnt ask my name or anything that would have gave her access to quoting me the correct price. She sounded like she just wanted to rush me off the phone..very unhelpful
