Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Skylar and the whole team at William Sheahan Designs. I came with an inspiration photo and an idea of what I wanted, but had absolutely no clue about diamonds and had just had a terrible experience at a jewelry store. Skylar gave us practical advice about how to get the best value for our budget, was incredibly patient and helpful when sourcing several rounds of stones for me to accommodate my pickiness, took extra time to find somewhat unusual and harder to find side stones I wanted, and then designed and executed the engagement ring of my dreams. I have recommended them to several friends because of how easy, helpful, and stress free the process was. Also loved Skylar’s honesty and transparency about pricing and that he never tried to “sell” us on anything - he gave his professional opinion on things but constantly reiterated how this is all about personal preference and we should always go with what we like best. Also…I get at least one compliment every day on my ring and spend soooo much time just staring at it! William Sheahan designs was recommended to us by my fiancé’s boss, and I totally understand why!

My (now) husband worked with Skylar and Bill to design my engagement ring. It is absolutely beautiful and he could not say enough good things about the process of working with Skylar and Bill - so we went back and got our wedding bands there as well, could not be happier! Don’t go anywhere else. And don’t let the unassuming vibes being hidden in an antique shop fool you, this is the best jeweler in Dallas. I originally took my (now) wife’s family heirloom to another jeweler who succinctly denied any possibility of removing the diamonds from her grandmother’s ring. I took it to Skylar at William Sheahan Designs and he just as quickly said they could do it. He took many many hours to work with me in designing the perfect custom wedding band from the family heirloom as well as selecting an exquisite solitaire engagement ring. My wife has been wowed by both. Save yourself the stress of shopping for jewelry and let Skylar’s creativity take care of it. You’ll be thankful you did.

My fiance and I took his wedding band, a 60 year old gold ring from his Grandpa, into William Sheahan after having another jeweler in Dallas size/cut it too small. 15 minutes after taking the ring to William Sheahan (which we were told would not be able to be fixed) we walked out of the shop incredibly satisfied and happy with the fast, high-quality repair. We only wish we had known about this jeweler earlier!

Skylar and his awesome team helped me design the perfect wedding bands! They exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the results. I gave Skylar my future mother-in law mother’s old ring to repurpose into my wedding bands. Skylar took the time to extract all the diamonds and show me different designs options to incorporate into my wedding bands. I cannot express how thankful for this place. Great customer service, they are our go to jeweler. I also referred by sister to Skylar and his team to get her now fiancés engagement ring. I highly recommend them!

Deanna helped me decide how to re purpose some diamonds and if they were really worth doing anything with- in the end I have a beautiful solitaire necklace that Deanna created for me and I LOVE it! Deanna was very patient as I continued to make changes throughout the process. I also had my MIL's ring fixed and Bill took extra care with making it shine like new- she can't stop talking about how great it looks now! I got the extra attention I wanted vs going to some chain jeweler - highly recommend!
