I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the help from Skylar and Bill in brainstorming and designing and creating such a perfect absolutely perfect engagement ring......I'm so thrilled and just wow! The detail, care and creating exactly what we wanted is exactly what we got...these Gents are amazing in every way every step of the way and I'm so appreciative, it fits like a charm and the quality perfection!

If you are remotely considering getting engaged or buying that special someone a piece of jewelry then I can’t recommend William Sheahan Designs enough. I was introduced to the shop by a close friend of mine who has worked with them for custom work before. I knew very little about jewelry let alone engagement rings and custom designs. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with open arms - Skylar was incredibly patient walking me through the process of design, the stone attributes, the pricing etc. I was there for well over an hour and at no point did I feel pressured but instead the opposite where he was encouraging me to ask more questions so I would get comfortable. This service carried on throughout the stone selection, the ring design, the pickup and even after when we needed to resize the ring. At no point did I feel that Skylar and William were trying to sell me anything, rather I felt as if they just wanted to help me and my now fiancé have the best experience possible. I will definitely be back to get our wedding bands and can’t recommend them enough. You should definitely try them out. Side note, don’t let the word `custom’ scare you, their prices are better than the big chain stores so not only do you get excellent service but you get a custom made ring at a price better than the national retailers!

Bill, Skylar and their awesome team helped me design the perfect engagement ring! Skylar took the time to show me different designs and diamonds. I am so thankful for this place. We have already talked wedding band ideas with them. Great customer service, they are our go to jeweler.
