nobody answers the phone or calls you back. Nobody is permitted to speak to a lawyer- just rude paralegals.

They are very incompetent. I've been there too many times... having to resubmit documents that had already been submitted.... and then they do no READ documents as submitted... they tend to lose and not document important information needed!!! I do not recommend them!!!! They are not experienced as they claim to be and I will be filing a complaint with the board....when I got my last letter about my confirmation plan being rejected!!... I was like What!!!!! oh---- and EVERYTIME I call. the paralegal or attorney handling my case ... is conveniently in court!! or out of the office!!!!

Please do not use this firm. I too will be filing a complaint on this firm.

From the first day I appeared at Allmand Law, I felt welcome. My situation at the time was shared with those present for the same reason, and I thought I would be "another case". But on the contrary, I felt that my worries would be dissolved and the heavy weight would be alleviated. One person in particular, Ms Knezha, has been the most courteous, professional and caring. Any concerns were quickly addressed by her and she was at the ready with a solution. I have been discharged for some time now, yet an issue from the past has reappeared. I contacted Allmand Law, thinking that I was no longer their client therefore, not their concern. But again, Ms. Knezha assisted me and directed me to a wonderful attorney (I don't know if I can add her name) who welcomed me warmly. Thank you Allmand Law for the 2 very special persons in your firm.

Where do I start I love the people here especially Esther Melender she was so helpful she not only helped we with my debt but she listened and cared about my other problems as well I would highly recommend this firm and may God bless all of you

Esther was the bomb!!!

This Law firm reach out to me after I went on the internet about my situation. They were very professional and kind to me. They always return my calls and if I send an e-mail to they always had a quick turn around answering my questions. I really appreciate the gentlemen by the name Chris Weaver. I had a problem with my credit union still trying to collect from me, after they were getting their money every month from the bankruptcy payment. He took care of that situation right away and ask me was I ok. He really make my day to go the extra mile. Thank to all of your staff for working with me.
