I recommend the services of Allmand Law Firm without reservation. I'm very grateful for the professionalism and diligence of every attorney and paralegal that assisted me during a very unfamiliar and stressful process. My dealings with the firm included two informative face-to-face sessions with the Attorney/Owner, Reed Allmand, who provided me with very helpful insights into the various "Fresh Start" options the law affords, from credit counseling to credit consolidation to personal bankruptcy. Attorney Decker, with whom I also met twice and exchanged several emails, displayed a military efficiency in assisting me with the negotiation of a couple of tricky issues with creditors. Three different paralegals helped me with the preliminary document compilation to support my case. A female attorney in the Dallas office (whose name I really wish I could recall) was exceptionally personable and impressively focused on the minute details of my case. I sat with her in her office as she compiled the final supporting documentation for submittal to the Bankruptcy Trustee. Attorney Inman represented me at the Creditor's Meeting with the Trustee. His understated self-assurance and his calm demeanor helped me through that stressful process, as he deftly guided me through the necessary questions that were critical to the Trustee's acceptance of my petition. Considering the not-small-number of the firm's legal professionals that assisted me, I am really impressed at how informed each one was about the minute details of my situation. Allmand's operations are very efficient. Their attentiveness, their commitment to educate their clients, and their obvious desire to just help people are the reasons why I highly recommend the services of Allmand Law without reservation.

I have never had to use a lawyer or law firm before. I've seen friends and family pay a lot of money to legal representatives and not receive much for it. I remember my sister calling a lawyer she had retained and it was a fifty dollar fee just to talk to him for five minutes, and she didn't even get the answer she needed. The people at Allmand Law were very nice to me and honestly tried to help me save my house. There was no way it could happen. I waited too late to do anything about it. With the effort they applied I figured my retainer was gone. They did put a good amount of energy in helping me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able return some of my money that wasn't applied towards fees. They do stipulate no refunds, and this really wasn't. But, for my money they could have kept it all and I would have been none the wiser. Kimberly Myers-Gill was instrumental in helping me get my situation finally squared away.
