If you have a remote fear of being Indicted with a crime, guilty or not; under no circumstances should you consider this firm as an option. It's a positive experience walking into their office, you get a bottled water a friendly face and the feeling that your best interest is at stake. They discuss payment, payment options and reassure you they want your case and tell you that you will hear from one of their attorneys that handle that county. We paid the entire amount of $8500 in one payment up front **BTW...this will not get you VIP service **). Nearly 3 weeks after I made payment, I made 7 calls trying to reach my assigned attorney and told numerous times the attorney assigned to me would call me that evening. I eventually received a call from my attorney at 11:45 p.m. at night after I was long asleep. This was the last call from my attorney, (he left a message, asked me to call him back following day) I did, and it was another 3 weeks after not hearing from him that I decided to fire these guys. What I learned was that so much time was lost. Within days of hiring my new attorneys there were results. Many don't know; but just having an attorney that takes your case seriously and makes contact with arresting officers can change the outcome of your situation before your case sees a grand jury. I've learned a lot through this process - mainly, don't short yourself with a law firm that don't care about you. To leave this on a positive note: Will Williams is a man of his word and was embarrassed and apologetic about the situation and kept his word on returning all of my money. Hopefully he realizes sooner than later that his true good nature can be put to better use by a more capable law firm.

They made all sorts of promises and then didn't live up to one of them. My son desperately needed mental health help and they said they'd get it for him. We talked and they made me feel like they really understood. It was a con and now my son has gone to prison for the time his court appointed attorney had offered to get him. So I paid 1000s of dollars for my mentally ill son to get no more help than the free attorney was going to get and be thrown in prison. BEWARE false promises and pretend caring from these guys!.
