Mr. Carmichael with the Durham and Jones firm was absolutely outstanding. They made sure they kept us informed the entire way, answering any questions we had and in the end the outcome was just what we wanted. Fantastic job!

I am so glad I chose this firm to represent me in my first misdemeanor. It was my first time ever getting in legal trouble, and they were SO helpful with every step of the way. Seriously, any question I had my attorney (Justin Carmichael) was always there for me. He really made me feel like he had my back through it all, and that I wasn’t just another case. Any concern or question I had he would make sure to answer in a super timely manner. My case had been open since 2020 and I never once had to step foot in court until the end, he pretty much took care of everything for me. Not to mention, I also pretty much got the deal I wanted with his help. He was 100% by my side. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Hopefully I won’t be needing to hire an attorney soon, but! Micheal Butz. Very down to earth guy he does not hesitate to not tell you the truth in your case. He will tell you exactly what is going on in your case and if you abide by any of his say and what you want he will get you what you need done.

Very unhelpful ! I called spoke with one attorney he said they handle criminal cases like my husbands all the time they set me a consultation for five o clock they didn’t call so I called them and then they told me that they don’t do these cases and we’re very rude about it to I hadn’t even spoken 3 words !!!! Look elsewhere they will waste your time !

Justin Carmichael and Hilary kustoff where super helpful throughout the whole process and very prompt and got me a great deal. Will definitely recommend their services. Hilary was super helpful when we where at the courthouse, she got 1 case dismissed and all the fees and license suspensions dismissed. She treated me like a human being first rather than a client!
