Beware he is a fast talker he presents himself as a man of God but please do not let that fool you he thinks he knows more than what the client needs he didn't do anything we ask him to do as far as motions and paperwork to present to the court he did not do It was like he was a defense attorney against his own client he did not serve us he did not help our family member and we gave him our money for nothing he presents himself as loyal down-to-earth type of man but then he defends the court and forces you to take a plea deal that could have been gotten by a public defender he works for the system not his client

Felicia Haynes was by far the best attorney I have ever had. A case that’s been a chip on my shoulder for over a year, was resolved in a matter of weeks with her help. I have never seen a more professional team. Joseph was the most deligent..dedicated young man when it came time to help my daughter with a dwi. In such a vulnerable time when so many things are at stake...he came through with flying colors.. Went and visited Attorney Warren Waterman with 1000 questions, he answered all of them and hired when I left the building, Frank Cyprian set me a consultant date from Fort Worth office and the next day went to see Mr. Waterman, the office staff made me feel welcomed from walking through the doors. I went in weighing 300 pounds and walked out weighing 200 pounds, all the weight was lifted off my shoulders. I’ve never done a review before and I felt a review was well needed.
