Joseph Lindberg with Dunham & Jones The services that I have received from Joseph have been nothing short of amazing. When I was issued a DWI in 2019 my life literally came to a standstill. When I received my DWI it was at the worst time possible Covid-19 was just starting and the court system was shutting down. The court system was shut down but Joseph and his law office were open and ready to help. Joseph walked me through every step I needed to take for this issue. His willingness to walk me through the steps I needed to take was what I needed. He handled every aspect of the case and continued to handle my case even after a verdict was issued. Joseph is the type of lawyer that does not quit until his clients are fully satisfied with his services. He went above and beyond any expectation I had for a lawyer handling a DWI case. I have recommended him to friends and family. Joseph will not only work on your case but he works hard on your case. I called 2 weeks ago gave them all of my info they said someone would contact me. No one contacted me and when called to check on things they have no record of me calling. It had nothing to do with the week we had bad weather. Just trying to make yourself look good.

i Hired Dunham & Jones back in January. Mr. Waterman was the attorney we were expecting to be working with. That was not the case. We have been shuffled around and had 3 different attorneys since June 2020. We don't know any more today Feb 1, 2021 than we did then. We had to find out from outside sources that the lawyer we were working with was no longer there. This was going to be the 3rd lawyer. I had to explain the same information over and over and over again. You depend on your lawyer to handle your case not keep pushing it off. Spent a couple thousand dollars to end up in the same place as we were. They obviously didn't care about our case so we decided to hire a different attorney. I asked for part of the money back wanted to speak to someone that would do that. Of course they didnt want to get on the phone and had someone else tell me no..... they were not going to give us anything. So upset that I wasted 8 months of my life.. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Dunham & Jones surpassed my expectations with my case. My attorney Ryan Russo worked extremely hard with myself and the prosecutor leading to a dismissal of my case. Dismissals in my type of case are a rarity, but that is what happened because of the consistent communication and attention to detail by my attorney Ryan Russo. After Sharing every detail and sending in all of my medical records in detail I heard from them maybe three times. Usually six or seven months in between each time and I would have to contact them for them to reach out to me to let me know what’s going on. Over a year passes by only for them to tell me that on the medical documentation that I sent them literally one of the first things I sent them actually that I signed my rights away. I never heard from Tom Hastings (only shanon dimmick) myself except for at the end when he told me that he couldn’t do anything and here we are almost at my statue of limitations. Thanks for waist of so much of my time.
