Matthew Espinosa has been a Godsend to one of my less than perfect friends. He has helped him navigate through rough and trying times. Especially rough because of the nature of the charges against him. Even more than just handling court, he displayed incredible knowledge and judgment throughout the process. Despite my friend picking up a second case, Matt gave him sound and sage advice which resulted in keeping a conviction off his record for all charges (even though all the DAs were offering was a conviction and jail time). How amazing is that! I know that if I ever personally need any legal advice or if I need to refer someone else, Matt is the only person I would go to. I hope that anyone else reading this message will take my comments to heart and consider hiring Matt as their attorney. He truly is a wise, caring, and ethical professional. Thanks for saving my friend from charges that could have affected his career for the rest of his life!

I paid them to represent me and work on my case. But did they even do anything for me? They didn't get me a deal and they don't keep me informed with anything. They tell me on court date and then they tell me it's been rescheduled. I try to confirm a court date and they couldn't tell me until a day before that I have to go to court... They think you can just call off work anytime without notice. Spend your money somewhere else

Dunham and Jones Review Last year I was charged with a DWI. Shortly after, we found Dunham and Jones. They reviewed our case and introduced us to their intake staff and a few of their Attorneys should we decide to accept. All of whom were very friendly and courteous. They then took us aside and explained the whole procedure from start to finish regarding the DWI legal process including timelines and what to expect. Fees were discussed and they agreed to let me pay on a monthly payment plan. After we accepted, we signed a Power of Attorney over to them and that was the last direct correspondence we had with the legal system. I received emails informing about several court dates but my assigned attorney said that I wouldn’t be required to be there and that they would represent. After the first visit, I only corresponded with their intake team. Each client is assigned one. This person answered all my questions and kept track of all my case-related details and anything else my assigned Attorney would need. After several months, I was contacted directly by my assigned attorney Ms Aubrey Noonan by email. She had some questions regarding the case and prepared me for my upcoming court appearance. We spoke by phone and email for several weeks before the court date. She took extenuating circumstances regarding my case and insured that they were all being considered. She conferred with the court and and came back to me with several plea options prior to trial, made sure that I understood each one and made suggestions as to which would be best for me before setting foot in the courtroom. She also took time to explain this whole process to my wife to reassure her. Ms Noonan made it possible for me to satisfy most of the requirements connected with my sentencing prior to going to court such as DWI classes and Victims Awareness panels. This way, I could show up in court not being "empty handed" as well as remorseful. The final result was me receiving a reduction in the DWI offense and a considerable reduction in sentencing and punitive fines largely because of the actions of this firm and its associates, especially Ms Noonan. My family and I are indebted to them all. I have seen criticisms about this firm and others regarding not having access to attorneys and would like to address. If you want to spend $10,000 for an Attorney and have instant, daily access to them throughout your case by all means go ahead. Dunham and Jones have agreed to take on certain cases for a flat fee while not cutting corners on the services provided. If you follow their lead, get assigned and get acquainted with their excellent intake staff, FOLLOW their process to the letter, you will be well taken care of rest assured. They get my highest recommendation.
