Excellent overall experience. Many law firms want to subject you to an 'assembly line' style interaction. In contrast, Attorney Hood took the time to thoroughly understand the dynamics of the case and delivered remarkable individualized service. Also he asked a lot of hard questions up front to ensure a successful outcome. This is a superb, caring lawyer (wish there were more of them in this world!)

Don is a Godsend! My wife and I started the bankruptcy process with another Firm. Needless to say, It was a Terrible experience. We wasted so much money and time. After finding Don’s firm, they were very helpful. Communication between the client and the firm was superb. Don Hood is bilingual, he speaks Spanish perfectly, which means and helps a lot for us Spanish speakers. Communication is key, and he does a great job, honest, nice presence, ethical, he responds all your questions and always gives you the best option, so this hard decision becomes in an easy and soft new journey. 100% would recommend Don. He is ethical, effective, and prompt at delivering his promise. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and keeps his word on what is and isn’t realistic. I’ve spoken to dozens of attorneys and they weren’t even a fraction as effective.

Don was wonderful to work with. He was kind, honest, informative, and answered all my questions. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy, which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. He is also bilingual!
