Attorney Felicia Hayes was a life saver for my criminal misdemeanor case. She kelp my case under control with no injustice and worked with the Dallas Co. DA Office for my best interest. No required court appearance by me in front of the Judge or DA., and she represented me for all scheduled court dates. Ms. Felicia reduced my court fees by 50% and allowed me to make payments for my attorney fees. Approximately six months and my case was dismissed with no jail time or probation. I used D&J for a DUI charge. (Under the limit. I didn’t even know you could get charged if you blew under 0.08 till that night. Fun way to find that out.) Initially I was working with a lawyer who was enthusiastic about getting this taken care of with as little impact to me as possible. A couple months in my case was reassigned without explanation to a man who either hated me or hated his job. Every conversation I had with him (and there weren’t many) was rushed- he always sounded frustrated. He clearly wasn’t invested in my case to any extent. I went from a lawyer who was prepared to and felt confident taking my case to trial - to a lawyer who told me “sign your first plea deal, it won’t get any better”. I spent thousands and of dollars on a reputable lawyer because I thought it was in my best interest. It was not. I just had my pockets emptied by the courts AND the lawyers. If you’re gonna charge people so much, you could at least pretend to care about your clients.

This review is for Felicia Haynes’s best service. She deserve it. Very good person and talented lawyer. Always there for all questions asked. Thank god we got her but before she took over another male attorney was hard to find him on phone never got help from him and front desk clerk never had polite answer for us. We was thinking our money and case is in bad hand but all thanks to Felicia.
