I had a really good experience, everyone is very nice, the officer at the entrance was very helpful. They are very well organized and clean.

After calling around and consulting with several other firms, in addition to not understanding a the medical malpractice legal process complicates matters even more. They explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. They were reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. I feel confident in my decision to go with Hastings and my mind has been completely at ease throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for the best firm to represent them.

I’m disappointed with the way this firm treated my grieving friend. I referred a friend to them thinking they’d be an answered prayer. My friend is grieving and just lost her husband. Have some compassion. These people didn’t give her a chance or opportunity to hear her case. The lady that answers phone calls, Stephanie is rude and very unprofessional.

I personally believe the attorneys are a very unprofessional especially Felicia Hayes! as well as the front desk assistants. My brother’s attorney has been re assigned 3 time without notice to a defendant, I tried to reach out to my attorney since 6 month ago I left millions emails, VMs and talked to the front desk. No call back from my attorney and my brother just found out he does have an active warrant. The front desk lady can’t even provide me a my attorney’s direct # and email (takes forever to provide me one) swouldn’t recommend this firm if it was the only one on earth. I wish I can get my full money back so that I can hire a new attorney.

I wish I could have had the same experience as everyone else in the reviews. For a first offense I had and still have no full knowledge of my charges… not only did my case take over 3 years. I heard from my attorney about 4 times all together out of the 3 years. When it finally came to court date for me to attend my attorney isn’t even there and I’m sent someone I’ve never even spoke with. Still overwhelmed with tons of questions I feel as though I wasted money on an attorney and years of wasted money having to pay for a bail bond monthly.

One of the best firms I’ve dealt with. Just in Carmichael was my attorney and he was very transparent with the details of the case and how it should be handled. Got me the best outcome I could have asked for.
