This law firm came through for me %100 and I recommend them whole-heartedly. I felt I had the support of the whole firm, along with my personal attorney, Taylor Chatting. They worked in unison, obtaining for me what I genuinely believe, was the best “deal”, under my particular circumstances. From the first initial consultation, all the way to the final court appearance, I was treated with the dignity and with the respect of any law-abiding citizen, which I appreciated greatly especially after having been charged with my first DWI. Ms. Chatting kept me posted on what was coming up and what to expect in a timely manner. When my court date arrived, she was both professional and prepared. She was ready for my appearance in court with all necessary documentation. She explained all the conditions of my plea with a concise and understanding delivery and the good rapport she has with the judge put me at ease immediately because I felt I was is very capable hands Thank you, Taylor, for your conscientiousness and diligence in this matter and for taking such good care of me during this whole regrettable ordeal. I appreciate you and this firm more than my words can express.

I paid $100 for a consultation on tax planning with Mr. Jackson and was appalled at his lack of expertise on basic subject matter. I had very basic questions and he could not grasp even some of the most basic of tax concepts (e.g., S-Corp election is not the same as Sole Proprietorship; Pass-Through revenue comes in the form of salary and distributions for S-Corp elections, etc.). I paid $100 upfront for the consultation, which is very unusual for any competent attorney to charge. In speaking with a few attorneys that know their subject matter well, they were confident enough to forego charging consultative fees and said that Mr. Jackson’s practice of charging consultation fees is not industry norm. The consultation was to last up to an hour, but after a few minutes of listening to him, I had to cut him off and end the conversation as he was wasting my time and it was apparent that I knew more about tax planning than he did. He would not issue a refund when asked. He basically struck me as very incompetent, and he proposed that I pay him more money to consult with him further. If I felt confident that he would’ve yielded valuable insight I would’ve been happy to pay additional money, and delve further into subject matter, but he was not even able to elaborate at the most basic level of tax planning ideas and solutions. Exercise caution when considering engaging him and pay consultation fees. There are many other tax attorneys that will not charge consultation fees and are far more competent than Mr. Jackson.
