Unprofessional staff. Legal assistant Nancy claims to be an attorney. False claims made by legal assistant and her friends of lawsuits being filed against parties. When calling scared needing answers as to why someone is threatening to take legal action against you staff claims she’s unable to release information to non-related parties. Nor will staff direct you to an ACTUAL attorney for clarification.

Down to earth attorneys, who are great at what they do. Very transparent, and accommodating. I would recommend their services for anyone who wants results.

There is not ever a time that one would hope to need a criminal attorney, but when you do need one - it is indeed a blessing to have a good one. We worked with attorney Ross Stiles who was extremely professional, respectful, and down to earth. He was also very open and honest about the process, which helped everyone involved manage expectations. I especially appreciate Mr. Stiles' responsiveness to questions and concerns. Even when he was quarantined due to COVID and couldn't make it to court himself, he was still very much involved and in constant contact to the end. I am truly appreciative of the level of concern and service he demonstrated towards my family member and his case.
