This is the WORST customer service EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They were so adamant that I was there on time. I waited for an hour and a half and was promised a consultation with an attorney and got a paralegal. When I confronted the paralegal he stormed out, saying have a good day. How rude!

So far all is well. Started and paid for my process Friday. Friendly environment answered all my questions. Only thing I haven't received yet is the email to access client portal. So I have no way to send email to ask questions if I need to right now. But its early in the process. I pray they dont fall off because some of these reviews have me nervous.😳

This has been the worst experience ever related to dealing with a law firm, I have never experienced a firm that's so lackadaisical when it comes to dealing with clients!!! They do not answer your calls and you have to explain to a clerk over and over agai why you're calling!!! Who wants to divulge their person business matters to a clerk!!! Where are the attorneys why are you lonely dealing with paralegals???? I spoke with Richard gave him all the information he stated I neededsigned the necessary paperwork, however that wasn't all after being told all I need to do is pay, I did that now per Danielle I need to come back for some backbone paperwork. I've been calling them since this morning trying to speak with someone, now at 3:00 friday even he tells me I need to come in on Monday which Monday will be the final day for me to recover my vehicle!!!! I'm so frustrated with this firm but they have my 500.00 down payment so hopefully This will workout Monday because 3:00 Friday evening is way to late to take care of aclient

For the most part they are great, if only they could get better at communicating. I have to reach out to the 4 times before I get a response.

Set up appointment. No call back or call saying they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. Nice up front. Can’t uphold their promises. Janet and Mr Ramirez both ones at fault

I emailed Allmand Law Firm on June 6, 2019 and June 12, 2019 with questions regarding my case; however, I have not received a response to my emails. I also called the office today to speak to my attorney or a paralegal regarding my case. I was promised a return phone call, but have not heard back from anyone. I have been required to resubmit important documents more than once, as a result of them losing my documents or claiming they never received them. During my first visit, I witnessed other clients complain about their lost documents. Staff members are very unprofessional, unpleasant, and dress in After Five Attire. While the attorney fees are slightly less than other attorneys in the area, the service and representation is subpar. Do not hire this firm to represent you or your family.

I shouldn't have to email the firm and have to wait days for them to respond. If I'm paying you I should be able to call and get answers right then and there. I didn't get updates on my case and when I did call the receptionist was really rude. I'm not happy at all with the outcome of the staff and I would never use them again.
