I have been with B&G for about a year for my disability case. I filed all my paperwork and then called them because everyone said "get a disability attorney". Well I rarely hear from them, I've emailed Beatrice and don't get all my questions answered. Why am I supposed to pay if they've done nothing??
EDIT: You can obviously see the firm's response...so I emailed them like they suggested, and NOTHING!!!

During the hardest transition of my life the phone call I’d never think I’d be making was one of the easiest things I’ve done in this process. The young lady on the phone was very sweet. She listened, took all of the necessary information, and got me an appointment the same day. I really hope the remaining experience will be just as great.
