I had a bad car accident in 2017 here we are it’s 2022 and nothing. They have had this case the entire time. It has switched attorney in their office 4 times, they have NEVER CALLED ME, I’ve always had to call them (racking up fees I’m sure) never get a call back so I have to keep calling…. When I do get to speak to someone, no one seems to know a dang thing… it’s to the point where now I can’t even transfer my case to another attorney office because these people have had it to long. After my accident I had to buy a new car, mine was totaled, I’ve had to spend thousands on decompression, medicines and a neurologist, I’ve missed school and got set back because I couldn’t attended classes etc- I don’t get compensated for anything because these people can’t wrap this case up! It’s been far to long, I’ve had I spend way to much money and I’m SO discouraged! at this point, I am in tears because I feel like B&G have robbed me more than the accident it’s self. I even told them I would gladly pay them their fees for a consultation if they would just speak to me about my case they have had sense 2017! I will pay you! I just want this resolved!!!! And I don’t want “managements response!” I want my stuff REALLY DEALT WITH!
