I know what you are thinking... you can file and win a case of disability on your own. Hey, maybe you can..I could not. I called a lawyer. I called Bailey & Galyen and Mr. Ian Croll & his staff took my case. I had a complicated medical history that led to my disability. None of my doctors would diagnose me or give me a prognosis as to why, or how long, I would be disabled. A decade went by as I struggled through my physical and mental disability. I never had a doctor tell me I was disabled. I finally went to see Ian Croll, attorney at law, and he and his staff immediately started taking notes. The ball was rolling. I filled out all the forms that were sent to me, and Bailey & Galyen started the behind the scenes process of requesting my medical records. 2200 pages of documentation to go through and find the few pieces of documentation that pinpointed my disability. I never would have found the circumstances in my medical records that led to the judges decision. The law is complicated, and you don’t even realize what kind of information they need, AND in what order it needs to be presented to the judge, to receive a favorable decision regarding your disability. After my initial consultation with Mr. Ian Croll I did not hear from him directly until the day before my hearing, 14 months after my consultation. I worried at first from time to time, but once I talked to Mr. Croll, I realized I had no reason to speak with him, (or him with me), before my court date. I had spoken with his staff approximately 5 times during the waiting period between filing and your court date. I just had to trust that they knew what they were doing. I am glad I placed my faith and disability case with B & G. Mr. Ian Croll spoke with me for over an hour the day before my hearing, and an hour or more immediately before my telephone conference call hearing with the judge and staff. I WON MY CASE!!! I was legitimately surprised because NO ONE would say I was disabled from any doctor I had been too. My lawyer, Ian Croll, believed me. The judge believed me. Now, I can get the real help I need. Thank you Mr. Croll, & staff, for your faith, trust, and hard work. I can not express to you enough that if you are seeking disability, don’t just call any lawyer, call Bailey & Galyen and ask for a meeting with Mr. Ian Croll & his staff.

Dolores was extremely nice and walked us through this entire process making it less stressful from the accident. I give her 5 out of 5! If ten was an option I’d give her that too!
