Let me start by explaining the 5 stars. I gave a 5 star rating because thats all there was to give. If there had been 10 stars then I would have most definitely given them 10 stars. Its not that every single little thing went perfect or that I got exactly what I wanted out of the suit. Because I didnt! But Mullen & Mullen along with their team (Joe Morrison & Rosa) made sure from day one that I was informed on what exactly was going on! They reassured me when I had doubts. They answered my questions (I had a lot of them) when I called! Oh yeah they were polite! Even in the beginning when I was totally stressed out over being broke and not able to go to work yet! That's when they hooked me up with Oasis! It is a little expensive but when there is no other options out there they came through for me. More than once! Joe went over everything with me. Asked me what I wanted to do! Then made sure that I was able to get the best deal! Then when it was over, Joe even called me just to say hello and ask how I was doing! That was proof that these people really did care about me and my catastrophic event! Let me just tell you, their people are smart and if you have a need for there services then you better be smart too! Call them and rest assured they will take care of you! They took care of me for sure!

They were rude and short

Josh Banks really helped me out with my car accident and was always patient with me and all the questions I had. He went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated. If ever I need a car accident lawyer again I will be calling Josh.

When you envision your life, normally you think of having a great family, a successful career, loyal friends, a strong spiritual relationship and happiness throughout the journey of life. You know there’s gonna be storms and rough times, but you never think I’m gonna be involved in an auto accident, at least my wife and I never did think we would be in an accident. You see them all the time, but you think “not me.” Our accident happened, a heavy fender bender. We were rear ended while sitting still. After the collision my our lives were never the same again. It even affected our son who was a 500 miles away at college. I’m not gonna go into great detail about the accident, but my wife and I didn’t know what to do or who to call. What now? We need help, but we didn’t know any accident attorneys. We asked around to family and friends who were in auto accidents and we basically found out the attorneys to NOT use. We started going through reviews on the net and read horror story after horror story. My wife and I called a few and were stunned of how we were treated over the phone trying to get an attorney. We became discouraged and honestly scared. A coworker of mine mentioned Mullen & Mullen and the outstanding work they did for her with professionalism and compassion. We looked at the reviews and were impressed. So we called. After giving a brief three minute synopsis of our situation about our accident, I immediately felt the compassion and professionalism, with the response regarding our situation. Immediately they had their investigator(Mike) call us and he drove out to us within 2 days and sat with us for almost three hours to discuss our accident, the next steps, the do’s and don’ts, and we were gonna be taken care of like family. The Mullen and Mullen team of experts were extraordinary! Explained in great detail the plan for my wife’s injuries as well as mine. Physical therapy, pain management, and understanding procedures in which our two cases were gonna be handled. Shane Mullen is a Godsend. He returned every call, email, and text. Shane made us feel like we were his only client and after every phone call and visit, my wife and I knew we had the best attorney in Texas. Plus the physicians that he sent us to made my wife and I feel like family. It was amazing! Well Shane and his team did everything they promised us, no surprises, and did it with integrity. I decided to have Mullen and Mullen represent me because of the reviews, and I’m glad I did. I feel like Shane cared about my case as much as I did and his dedication is obvious. If you are looking for a quick “get a little cash and get out” scheme - go to a cable TV ad lawyer- if you are looking for true representation and care from real providers, use this firm. Pros: 1. I was able to get access to REAL doctors in real offices, who really cared about my well-being. All the places I went were professional and saw patients other than just “car wreck clients”. 2. His connections and reputation allowed me to get the care I needed without a second thought. For instance, I had to have surgery and when I went in to the hospital, the LoP paperwork had not made it to the registration desk- the clerk called her boss and when he found out I was a Mullen client- he told her it was no problem at all- nothing for me to worry about. 3. I didn’t NEED to worry about my case- that’s not saying I didn’t worry (lol), but in the back of my mind I always knew I didn’t NEED to. I was able to rest and heal and I knew my case and care was being handled properly. 4. I was able to get a hold of my lawyer if I needed. Shane gives his clients his cell phone number so they can text him if he is not available at the office. He was always prompt in reaching me via phone if I didn’t want to utilize the text option. 5. I was able to refer my best friend to him when she was hit on the highway. I didn’t have to worry that she was going to be upset that I referred her to a shady firm or a dishonest lawyer- I was able to feel good about her case knowing she was going to be taken care of as well. 6. He took time out of his day to speak with my mother about a legal issue unrelated to any sort of a car accident and give her a referral on who to contact for her unique situation. He didn’t have to do this- it brought him no extra income by doing so, he chose to because he cares. Cons- 1. There was a problem with an individual in the office who was ‘over promising and under delivering’- nothing major, just a few missed return calls and a couple of times where I had to call her. Shane was able to notice the situation and took corrective action even before I was able to speak to him about it. By the time I did speak with him about the situation, it had already been corrected. So really, the con doesn’t stand any longer- but since this is an honest review, I did want to mention it as part of my experience. Ultimately, I would use this firm again a hundred times over before I would venture out and take my chances on another firm. If you are injured badly enough to need a PI lawyer, the money is nice, but it’s nothing compared to your health and making sure you are getting top-notch care- Mullen and Mullen is able to offer both, whereas most lawyers I have seen and spoken to can usually only offer one or the other (and a lot of times neither!).

I received magnificient care from josh and mullun & mullen Law Firm staff members as well . Thank you Josh Banks and all for everything! I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs help in with an accident.

Awesome! Look no further googlers. Real talk this is by far the best firm out there to fight for you. They will get you every penny you deserve. I am beyond grateful to this law firm and especially to Josh Banks. Josh delivered the greatest news this morning. He notified me that my case had settled for an amount that I never imagined!!! This money couldn't have come at a better time. If y'all only knew how many sleepless nights I had worrying how this would all end.
