I just wanted to thank Mullen and Mullen : Shane, Paula,Nicole.. for all they've done for me. My case did not worth much but they did all they could to help me out. Shane spent his LUNCH TIME for me to help me out for some paper works, seriously who does that? I was late in his office but he was very friendly and nice. Nicole and Paula were always answered my phone calls and helped me out. I never had a lawyer in my life but I was lucky that I chose Mullen and Mullen. People who work at his office are very friendly and always ready to help ! I would highly recommend them ! They are the best!! All other reviews are true based on my experince! To: Mullen & Mullen Law Firm I was in a car accident and was injured. During my life time I had never been in an accident or had a lawyer. I called Mullen & Mullen Law Firm and my fears about the process were alleviated. Mike Foster came to my house and took down all of my information. Josh Banks was assigned to my case and he did a stellar job! At the beginning he called and introduced himself. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. They did everything they said they would do, including their promise of 28% fee if we didn’t go to court. We got our settlement and are moving on with our lives after our rollover accident almost one year ago. After our accident, we called Mullen and Mullen and they sent an investigator to our home to assess our case. After consulting with one of the *big* firms we decided on M&M. The providers that M&M use are exceptional including White Rock Chiropractic. We received excellent care from Larry and his staff at WRC. Last, but certainly not least; Josh Banks- Josh helped us throughout this whole ordeal. He answered all my phone calls and returned my call promptly when he couldn’t answer. Did I mention promptly? Emails? Same thing. Always answered in a timely manner. I even was able to reach Josh by text, my preferred method of communication. Josh always answered my questions honestly and w/o making me feel like an idiot. I had never been in a accident/injury situation before and Josh helped me and my family through it with his personal touch. It was not fun at all but with Josh, we didn’t have to go it alone. He was a light in a dark storm. Thanks Josh! I would not hesitate to use Mullen and Mullen again (in large part b/c of Josh Banks). They do what they say they’re going to do and if need be, you can talk to Shane Mullen himself. Avoid those big firms- get the personal touch from Mullen and Mullen. You’ll be glad you did.

I was in a car accident over a year and a half ago and I must admit it was very comforting to know I had Mr. Shane Mullen on my side. He was there every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions I've made. He was attentive, very transparent, he wasn't speaking in high level legal terms and was able to explain everything to me in way that I could comprehend, he was patient and most of all he got the job done. I hope I never experience another accident like this again, but if I do they will be on speed dial. Thanks again and keep up the hard work.
